Conditions for return
The returns are accepted if the products have not been used, and if they are sent back in their original package in the same conditions.
Customised products are not valid for return or exchange.
To return a package, you have to contact the Customer Service of Lucrin, who will then send you a Returns document with the address that you need to send back the item/s and a unique bar code identifier. (See the returns instructions below)
You do not like the colour of your product or you wish to exchange it for some other reason? Lucrin allows you to exchange your article with another one of the catalogue within 30 days. Once we receive back the returned item, we will send you the new one. (See the returns instructions below)
As soon as we receive your products, Lucrin proceeds with the refund (Excluding shipping cost) on your credit card, PayPal account or by bank transfer, within 48 hours. The articles have to be accompanied by the Lucrin Returns document, for the refund procedure to be activated. (See the returns instructions below)
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
You are requested to respect the following procedure for the returns, so that we can correctly identify and validate your return and proceed with the refund.
Send us your Return request via e-mail by clicking on the following link: Make a return request . You can also do that from your customer account.
The Customer Service of Lucrin will then contact you within 48 hours to validate your return.
You will receive by e-mail a Returns label that you need to place on the Return package. The label contains the address where your package will be collected as well as a bar code with information about your order.
As soon as we receive your Return package in our stores, your order is verified and the refund is made within 48 hours.
